Clear eyes, full hearts… already the best Super Bowl commercial for 2024.

If you’re as obsessed with the cult-favorite TV series Friday Night Lights as much as I am, then this is for you.

I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve gone back and rewatched the show over the years, and it truly doesn’t get old. From the top-tier cast to the incredibly realistic (for the most part) and accurate depiction of small town life, and obviously, the Friday night lights and football culture in the South, there’s so much to love.

Set in the fictional town of Dillon, Texas, the show ran for just five seasons and has always been incredibly underrated in terms of the larger conversation of best TV shows ever, in my very humble opinion.

And of course, one of the stars of the show is Kyle Chandler, who plays Coach Taylor and is easily one of the fan-favorite characters, especially among the ladies (and yes, I’m speaking for myself and all of my college friends who were, and still are honestly, in love with him).

Well, it looks like he’s back to grace our TV screens once again in a Super Bowl commercial for United Airlines, which will air sometime during the primetime showing of the big game next weekend.

The company shared a very brief teaser on their Instagram earlier, which features Chandler with a football in hand speaking directly to the camera giving some sort of motivational speech, saying:

“This is about believing.”

I’m already ready to run through a brick wall…

This year’s Super Bowl LVIII (58) features a match up between The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers live from Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium on Feb. 11th.

Airing on CBS, the game kicks off at 6:30PM and will also feature a halftime show headlined by Usher, with Post Malone singing “America the Beautiful” and Reba taking on National Anthem duties.

Whatever United and Coach Taylor have coming, I can’t wait to see it… Texas forever, baby.
