Last week, fans went wild on social media when Megan Moroney posted an Instagram story of her leg wrapped around a tall man, captioned with a monkey emoji. While there was no face seen in the image, that did not stop fans of the blonde Lucky artist from speculating…while many of her male fans were heartbroken.
Well, more hearts will be broken with her most recent Instagram story.
Last night, the artist was in attendance at the SESAC Music Awards in Nashville, walking the red carpet in a silver sparkly dress solo but sharing that she did, in fact, have a date. Posted once, the mystery man makes a triumphant return.

While it’s still not fully clear who this man is, I must admit that the slicked hairstyle he is sporting and the reveal of the beard are giving me major Riley Green vibes – and the comments online seem to agree.
Now, is it Riley Green? The jury is still out on that one, but you can bet I spent a solid 15 minutes comparing side profiles to see if it lined up.
Moroney is tactfully teasing fans about who this mystery man could be, so only time will tell when we get the full reveal.
