Waitresses and servers don’t always get the love they deserve. They have to work shifts up to 12 hours at times, and put on a smiling face while having to deal with a**hole customers and others who stay for a whopping four plus hours. On top of that, they’re responsible for serving several dishes of food without dropping a single one, all while running back and forth all day.
And then, at least here in the States, you get paid below minimum wage and rely on tips to make money. Granted, it can be extremely lucrative at the right place, but it can also be a nightmare.
It just ain’t as easy as it looks sometimes.
However, at Oktoberfest… it doesn’t even look easy.
Video footage is going viral of waitress Verena Angermeier, who was tasked with working the incredible party known as Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. The annual gathering lasts for weeks and brings in over 6 million visitors looking to down millions of gallons of beer.
Verena was seen carrying a whopping 13 steins of beer at once, totaling a mind boggling 65 pounds, as a full glass stein weighs around five pounds.
And perhaps the most impressive part?
She didn’t drop a single one, even though she appears to be completely overtaken by the massive armfuls of beer.
Needless to say, you can tell this ain’t Angermeier’s first rodeo, and she was ready for anything.
