Winter is coming…

By now, we all know that this writer’s strike still has no end in sight, meaning that this will further delay the premiere of some of our favorite shows coming up, just like Yellowstone for instance.

However, there are some shows overseas that are able to continue production, like the Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon, as season two is currently filming in Wales, Spain, and more.

The show’s creator George R.R. Martin said in his LiveJournal blog:

“The (HOTD) actors are members of the British union, Equity, not SAG-AFTRA, and though Equity strongly supports their American cousins (they have a big rally planned to show that support), British law forbids them from staging a sympathy strike.

If they walk, they have no protection against being fired for breach of contract, or even sued.”

So, as filming continues for the show, we’re getting a few sneak peaks of what we may be able to expect in season two.

Some overhead images and videos that were shot over the show’s set revealed some very interesting news…

It appears the infamous “Wall”  will be making an appearance in season two.

In season one of the show, Jacaerys Velaryon was making a trip North to secure support against another challenge to the throne. So, now that we’ve seen the wall on set, this more than likely means that he will make his way to some Thrones regions, like the Stark castle Winterfell, and The Night’s Watch home… The Wall.

In the books, Jacaerys befriends Lord Cregan Stark at Winterfell so that seems to be where we’re headed in Season 2.

I guess we shall see, but it looks pretty promising.
