When you think of some of the most iconic duos of all time, what comes to mind?

Sonny and Cher, Simon and Garfunkel. Hall and Oates and even Tom and Jerry, by God.

But what unlikely duo tops all of those in my opinion?

Koe Wetzel and Casey Donahew.

I mean c’mon, we’re talking about two of the most brutally honest songwriters in the Texas music scene, and Casey D has been in the game for more than 20 years while intertwining humorous and incredibly deep lyrics.

And then you have Koe, who could probably have a good time at a funeral if he had to.

So, what happens when you get the two together?

An absolute masterpiece.

Many of us have seen Step Brothers, one of Will Ferrell’s all time classics, and one of the most quotable movies of all time. And one of the iconic moments in the movie is the legendary “Boats & Hoes” song.

Don’t lie. You’ve definitely sang it at least once in your life:

“Boats and hoes, boats and hoes, gotta have me some boats and hoes”

WellKoe and Casey D decided to get together and recreate this bada** song.

With Koe singing the chorus, and Casey rappin’ his everlivin’ a** off, this may go down as one of the greatest duets of all time.

And of course, the original:
