Absolutely inexcusable.
I’m a full believer that everybody should have a great time on the 4th of July, celebrating our country with our closest friends and family, whether it’s on the lake or at someone’s house and setting off fireworks, drinking cold beer, and eating amazing food.
But for those few people who would rather attempt to ruin a family’s celebration and possibly inflict serious injury?
There’s a special place in Hell for those people.
And unfortunately, we had one of those examples play out last night.
A group of friends and family in Ybor City, Florida was hanging out on the front porch, just having a good time, when all of a sudden a pickup truck drives by, and slows down in front of the house.
Next thing you know, you see a firework come flying from the truck, and lands directly in front of the porch, going off right where one person was standing.
It’s a terrifying scene, especially considering there were a couple of small children who were only a few feet away, and could’ve gotten seriously injured.
The report in the caption reads:
“A person in a truck threw a firework while a family and friends were on the front porch of their home in Ybor City, Florida
Ring footage shows the firework exploding right in front of the group, which included a 3 and 4 year old children.
One person was burned on the foot and another was burned on the leg. The children were scared, but not hurt. No details have been released on the person responsible.”
I hope these scumbags get caught:
