Riley Green has three new RIAA certifications to his name as of this morning.

His songs “Different ‘Round Here” and “Georgia Time” were both certified Gold, and the fan-favorite “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” was certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA.

This means that the former two songs have moved over 500,000 unites since their release, and Platinum means that the ladder song has moved over one million units since its release.

Suffice all that to say, he’s sold a helluva lot of records with those tunes over the last few years, which isn’t really all that surprising, seeing as they’re three of his most popular among fans, as well:

“Different ‘Round Here” was the title track to Riley’s 2019 debut studio album, while “Grandpas” was the third single from that record and remains a huge fan-favorite, and “Georgia Time” is an odlie, but one of my favorite Riley songs, which he put out back in 2017 as a single.

And if you’re eager for some new tunes from Riley soon, he actually has two songs dropping this Friday, “Raised Up Right” and “God Made A Good ‘Ol Boy”:

He’s also releasing a reimagined version of “Different ‘Round Here” with Luke Combs next month, and is currently opening for Luke on his 2023 world tour.
