Young Moose Walks Into Alaska Hospital, Snacks On Decorative Plants

Moose hospital

Maybe he just needed a check up.

Workers and patients alike were stunned at Providence Health Park in Anchorage, Alaska when an unexpected visitor made its way into the building.

A pretty large moose decided to see what all the indoor fuss was about, walked up to the automatic doors, and wandered into the lobby. Immediately, word spread and drew many people to see the spectacle.

Security officials did their best to block off any path but one back outside for the animal, who wandered around for a little bit and even sampled some of the decorative plants scattered around the office.

Eventually, it had enough and left through the front doors that it entered.

Wild.

Florida gets a lot of press for being a wild place to live, but for my money, Alaska is way crazier. They’ve got moose in hospitals, on sidewalks, on other sidewalks, bear chasing people left and right, not to mention the absolutely frigid temperatures…

Yeah, Alaska is the king of wild states if you ask me.
