Megan Moroney’s Lucky era is here.

“Tennessee Orange” has been a dream for Miss Moroney this year.

The Certified Gold single that led Moroney to a record deal with Sony had a music video that was just as memorable.

The award winner took to the stage to accept her award in awe that she was selected as the award recipient.

Moroney shared that the video was shot the day after Christmas and came together at the last minute. She also gave a special note to her mother, thanking her for driving her through the night back to Nashville when her flight was canceled.

Going to take a wild guess, she was also a victim of the Southwest chaos around Christmas.

The video shot from her ‘lovers’ point of view perfectly captures being young and in love.

One of the awards this song was nominated for secures the win. Let’s see if it goes two for two.

Hope Megan Moroney is feeling Lucky tonight.

Jelly Roll takes home the male counterpart award for his video “Son Of A Sinner.”

Jelly Roll has had a standout year with this song. It scored him his first radio number-one single and carried a heavy story that connected with his fans.

When he emotionally accepted the award, he told the audience that it was for the losers and those who didn’t believe they could do it themselves.

The camera pans to his emotional wife, tearfully cheering on her husband.

What a way to start the night.

Both music videos deservingly won these awards, and even more so, the artists behind them.
