Dude In A Speedo Tries To Pet A Wild Horse At Assateague Island & Immediately Gets Kicked

Wild horses

For the love of God people, do NOT touch the wildlife…

Seriously, 97% of the time (not an actual statistic, but a very educated guess) when you approach a wild animal, you’re gonna immediately regret your decision.

From bison, to elk, bears, and even sheep, we’ve seen it time and time again. From people getting the everlivin’ hell scared out of them, to being sent straight to the hospital.

And here we are again.

Although it’s a little different scenery from places like Yellowstone National Park, it’s still the same concept.

In this video, it comes straight from the Assateague Island National Seashore, which is right off the coasts of Maryland and Virginia.

One thing that Assateague Island is known for is the wild horses that roam along the beaches.

No, we’re not talking about little ponies you’d see at the local petting zoo. I’m talking about a wild horse that would run right through you if it feels threatened enough.

And here, we have bozo of the year in a Speedo, who probably had a few too many Bloody Marys for breakfast, and thought it would be a good idea to pet this one wild horse on its backside.

Now there’s one thing you don’t ever do with any creature on four legs, and that’s sneak up behind it and touch it, ESPECIALLY horses.

So, as you probably guessed, the horse proceeded to straight up kick my guy, sending him straight into the ground.

Needless to say, that’ll leave a serious mark, and hopefully the dude learned his lesson from this one.

The caption reads:

“During your visit to Assateague, you will most likely encounter at least a few of the island’s most popular residents. Petting or feeding the wild horses may seem like a harmless and fun thing to do, but the consequences can be terrible.

For your safety and the safety of the horses, please obey park regulations and do not approach, touch or feed the Assateague horses.”
