Megan Moroney might wanna reconsider her newfound Tennessee Volunteers allegiance after that Dawgs Natty win on Monday night…

Today, the Georgia native and Bulldogs fan released a new music video for her current single “Tennessee Orange,” which went viral on TikTok last year and quickly became a fan-favorite.

A co-write by Megan, Ben Williams, David Fanning and Paul Jenkins, she sings about falling for a guy who’s seemingly converted her into a Tennessee Volunteers fan, as she admits she’s now wearing “Tennessee Orange for him,” and even finds herself going to games at Neyland stadium.

On top of that, seeing as she’s a diehard Georgia Bulldogs fan, he has her committing the most egregious of sins that her daddy would never approve of, like “learning the words to ol ‘Rocky Top,’” and even forgetting that she’s “always looked better in red.”

Meg actually put the song out at the beginning of the 2022 college football season, and after recently signing a record deal with Sony, it finally got the full treatment with a music video:

“the official tennessee orange music video is out now on YouTube 🧡 directed by @jasonllester.”

The video was shot in a really unique way, too, as you see her going out on Broadway in Nashville, singing karaoke at a dive bar, eating pizza and hanging out at home, all from the guys perspective.

They also show the making of that now-famous photo where Meg says she’s wearing Morgan Wallen’s Vols t-shirt, though he’s nowhere to be seen in the video.

Meg released her Pistol Made of Roses EP in 2022 which I loved, as well, and confirmed she’s working on her debut studio album right now, so hopefully we won’t have to wait too much longer for more new music.
