Well, it’s officially 2023.
I hope everyone isn’t nursing too rough of a hangover, and everyone is eating black-eyed peas, sauerkraut, or whatever wives’ tale you believe will give you good luck.
Lainey Wilson wrapped up 2022 with a stellar performance at Nashville’s The Stage during New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash.
I’ve said it before, but this song was on repeat for me from the time it dropped till now. It hit home to me when I was released, and it clearly has been an enormous hit for Wilson.
I have some serious envy for those at The Stage for this performance… the packed bar is singing alongside Wilson word for word.
Wilson comes out on stage with contagious energy and lets the lyrics belt out of her mouth.
It blows my mind every time she sounds as good live as she does on her albums.
