Tish Cyrus has filed divorce from country music singer and husband of almost 30-years, Billy Ray Cyrus.

According to TMZ, court records state that Tish filed in Tennessee last week.

The couple married in 1993 in their living room in Franklin, Tennessee, and have five kids together, including Miley and Noah. Since Noah is the youngest at 22, custody will not be an issue in the divorce.

In the court documents, Tish says the couple hasn’t lived together in more than two years, and cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce. She’s asking the court to equally distribute all marital assets.

This is the third time the couple has filed for divorce, as Billy Ray filed in 2010, and Tish filed in 2013. Both previous divorces were called off.

Fans began to notice that Billy Ray wasn’t around the family during the holidays in Miley’s pictures last year, with many speculating about the state of the parents’ marriage.

And while this may be a third time they’ve filed during their marriage, according to Miley, they seem pretty awesome.

Miley stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where she let the viewers know her mom smokes way more weed than she does, and that mom and dad smoke themselves to Pluto then play with hummingbirds.

Sounds like a damn good time… I mean, how can you not get along doing that?

My only question… who gets the safe?

Billy Ray Cyrus And Snoop Dogg Team Up For “A Hard Working Man”

I thought I was being pranked when I opened up Spotify and saw a new song that featured both Snoop Dogg and Billy Ray Cyrus… but nope, it’s real.

The song is called “A Hard Working Man,” and for this one Snoop and Billy Ray teamed up with R&B group The Avila Brothers. Talk about an interesting combination.

I gotta admit, I was really hoping this was a cover of “Hard Working Man” by Brooks & Dunn, but this is a brand new song. But how great would it have been to hear Snoop and Billy Ray cover some Brooks & Dunn?

Honestly, the new song isn’t that bad. Billy Ray has obviously shown off his R&B/rap chops before with the mega-hit “Old Town Road,” so venturing back into this genre shouldn’t be a big surprise.

But Billy Ray AND Snoop?
