As if Chris Stapleton wasn’t already a household name…

The legendary singer/songwriter had one helluva night at the Grammy Awards last night, winning Best Country Solo Performance for “You Should Probably Leave,” Best Country Song for “Cold,” and Best Country Album for Starting Over.

Not to mention, he delivered a jaw dropping performance of “Cold” during  the show.

I’d say it was quite the memorable night for ol’ Stapleton.

However, that wasn’t the end to his unforgettable night, as he saw a 350% increase in global Spotify streams after his performance.

The huge jump in streams was the third largest out of any of the performers last night, only behind Jon Batiste who saw a mind boggling 2,900% jump for his song “Freedom,” then Brandie Carlile, who performed her hit “Right On Time.”

We all know Brandi Carlile is a stone cold killer in front of the microphone, and she’s been a fixture at the Grammys in recent years, but it’s great to see some added national recognition get her music in front of more people… she’s just phenomenal.

Silk Sonic came in fourth with a 180% jump after their performance of “777.”

We’re barely four months into 2022, and Stapleton is already poised for a huge year.
