Friday Night Lights (the movie, not the show) star Garrett Hedlund, who played the role of Don Billingsley, was arrested for public intoxication Saturday night in Franklin County, Tennessee.

According to People, bond has been set at $2,100 for the misdemeanor, and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the 37-year-old was “no longer there.”

He’s also currently dealing with a lawsuit for negligence over a DUI back in January of 2020, after he crashed into a car with a mother and daughter inside who both suffered “severe” injuries. His blood alcohol content was .36 at the time of the wreck, four times the legal limit.

He took part in, and completed a 30-day residential treatment program, and a nine-month first-offender alcohol and drug education counseling program. However, this new arrest might end up violating the terms of his probation.

He’s also currently dealing with a break up with actor Emma Roberts. The two broke up a few weeks back and have a one-year-old son together named Rhodes.

Hedlund, who is also known for his major role in Country Strong where he played country singer Beau Hutton, is also pursuing a career in country music, as he dropped a new single titled “The Road” this past Friday.
