Florida Amazon Driver Fired For “Delivering A Package” In The Back Of His Prime Van

Amazon Driver

Welp, you had to see that coming…

A Florida Amazon driver recently went viral after he got busted delivering his package to a woman in the back of his Prime van.

Granted, her strolling out of the back of that van like she did (and the fact that this is somewhere in Florida) leads me to believe that he paid a woman of the night (in this case a woman of the broad daylight) $20 bucks for a quickie, and this wasn’t an example of an Amazon Casanova sleeping a bored housewife off her feet at the door, but still… I think the world was kind of rooting for this guy.

Word to the wise though… these streets are watching you. Narcs are everywhere…

And believe it or not, it’s apparently against Amazon company policy to be boinking in the back of the van on company time. Shocker, I know… but the man has since been sacked.

According to TMZ, the employee was swiftly fired and a statement was released:

“This does not reflect the high standards we have for our Delivery Service Partners and their drivers.

Allowing unauthorized passengers to enter delivery vehicles is a violation of Amazon policy, and the driver is no longer delivering packages to Amazon customers.”

And while I couldn’t help think of the iconic “Dick In A Box” song at the beginning of this saga, in light of recent news, my mind went right to the great George Costanza, who was canned for the same thing.

Just an all-time great scene in television history and an all-time great excuse for fireable offenses.

I hope my guy at Amazon pled accordingly.
