Welp, if you had a ticket to see Jon Pardi this month, it looks like you’re gonna have to wait a little bit longer.

Pardi took to Instagram to announced that he will be rescheduling all of his shows for the rest of the month to rest his voice due to doctor’s orders that he go on vocal rest:

“For the first time in my life I have been ordered by the doctor to go on vocal rest and it is NOT EASY!!!

All shows through End of June will be rescheduled. We really appreciate the support and understanding.

I promise to do my part and stay as healthy as possible to continue singing and performing. Sorry for the inconvenience. See you in July!”

The dates to be rescheduled include a show that had been planned for tonight in Tuscaloosa, as well as a pair of shows at The Wharf Amphitheater in Orange Beach, Alabama.

He didn’t include specifics as to the reason for the doctor’s orders, but it sounds like he’ll be back out on the road come July.

Pardi just performed at the CMT awards last week with Lauren Alaina, and he’s been back on the road for a while now already playing other shows across the country.

Until gets back out on tour, check out Jon’s recently released music video for “Tequila Little Time”:

And he also recently co-starred in Dillon Carmichael’s hilarious video for “Hot Beer”:
