Now, it looks like Paige Spiranac is wanting in on the fun, as she recently posted a video of her on Instagram doing the classic “Happy” swing, in honor of the NHL playoffs cranking up.
The 28-year-old model and former pro golfer captioned:
“With hockey playoffs starting I had to break out the Happy Gilmore swing!”

Needless to say, she pulled it off better than most, and cranked a drive straight down the middle of the fairway.

Via Instagram captions, it appears that Spiranac might have unlocked the secret to golf, even though it’s been 25 years since Adam Sandler displayed his secret weapon to the world in Happy Gilmore.
One fan commented:
“What was the result? It seemed good…”
Her response?
“Fairway! It went forever too haha it does work.”
She later added that it went about 280 yards.
