Yellowstone fans across the globe are patiently waiting for new of the Season 4 premiere.

And while a trailer would be incredible, we’ll take pretty much anything at this point… even a month.

But according to the Chief Joseph Ranch Instagram page, the place where they film the show and the real-life location of the actual Dutton Ranch, Season 4 will be premiering in June.

Granted, that’s not an official announcement, but as the folks that host the cast and crew for months at a time, I would think they might know a thing or two about when it’s going to premiere.

“That’s a wrap on filming Season 4! Who is excited for the premiere in June?”

June is also when the previous seasons have aired so wouldn’t be a stretch to assume that’s when Season 4 will as well… so that bodes well for Season 4 as well.

However, with COVID more than likely halting production at times, anything is possible.

In other Yellowstone news, Paramount Network is launching a new prequel titled Y:1883.

Set to premiere later this year, Y: 1883 picks up the Dutton family story from the very beginning and chronicles their journey across the Great Plains in search of a better future in the American West, eventually settling in Montana.

Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan will once again be at the helm:

“I am excited to continue the story of Yellowstone and thank you to Chris, Keith and David for allowing me to keep on expanding the family for the fans.”

But wait, there’s more.

Another spinoff centered around the recently purchased West Texas 6666’s Ranch is in the works as well.

According to Hollywood Reporterit will tell the story of the West Texas 6666’s Ranch, founded by Captain Samuel Burk Burnett in 1900.

“Founded when Comanches still ruled West Texas, no ranch in America is more steeped in the history of the West than the 6666. Still operating as it did two centuries before, and encompassing an entire county, the 6666 is where the rule of law and the laws of nature merge in a place where the most dangerous thing one does is the next thing.

The 6666 is synonymous with the merciless endeavor to raise the finest horses and livestock in the world, and ultimately where world class cowboys are born and made.”

And the best part? Ryan Bingham and Jefferson White will be reprising their roles as Walker and Jimmy Hurdstrom for the new spinoff, however it remains to be seen if that will mean the end of their career on Yellowstone.

Although, we do know that parts of Season 4 were shot in Texas this past year, so we’ll have to see where the stories intermingle.

Stay tuned, the official announcement should be coming along any day now.

In the meantime, how about some life lesson with the great Rip Wheeler.
