Not too shabby. Not too shabby at all.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (BIG country music guy) is selling his Georgia estate near Atlanta (Powder Springs) for $7.5M. It’s not just a sick house, but also comes with a horse farm.

According to reports, he bought the house for around $9.5M back in October of 2019.

Here’s the nitty gritty from Realtor:

– 46.3 acre lot

– 8 bedrooms, 6.5+ bathrooms

– 14,791sqft

– horse farm, 12-stall barn

– walnut flooring, stone fireplaces, high ceilings, great natural light, pool, pool pavilion, two apartments, 5 car garage and large flat grassy lawn area. The home overlooks a pristine lake, lush pastures and in the distance a working 12 stall barn, riding arena with viewing deck, hay barn and a 1867 farmhouse with historic log cabin.

Take a look…seems like a nice place to drink tequila.
