Parker McCollum stopped by the Big D & Bubba show recently and aside from performing his hit, major label, debut single “Pretty Heart,” he laid down a cover of the Tim McGraw classic, “Don’t Take The Girl.”
Written by Craig Martin and Larry W. Johnson, “Don’t Take The Girl” was the second single from McGraw’s 1994 record Not A Moment Too Soon. It went on to become McGraw’s first #1 single in a long line of #1 singles.
