With the whole world on lockdown, quality entertainment has been hard to come by. Sports are gone, music is gone, Tiger King held us over for a week or two, but after running through all Netflix has to offer and the occasional live stream… we’re all bored out of our fucking minds right now.

Until now…

The Mythical Man himself, the great Bill Murray, and the Mayor of Flavortown are going head-to-head in a winner-take-all, mano a mano, battle royal of nacho-making ability. Yup, Bill and Guy are making nachos.

According to Uproxx, the “Nacho Average Showdown” will feature Guy and Bill, along with their two sons (Hunter Fieri and Homer Murray) battle it out in a tag-team virtual nacho-off in an effort to raise some much-needed funds for the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund.

All the money raised will go to benefit restaurant workers facing financial hardship as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. The matchup will be live-streamed on the Food Network’s Facebook page this coming Friday, May 15th, and viewers are asked to help out by donating $10 bucks directly to the fund, or just by ordering some food from a local restaurant.

Guy Fieri has already raised over $20 million for the restaurant industry and a professional chef, but not gonna lie, all my money is Bill Murray.

The two recently participated in a little nacho-making party with Jimmy Fallon.
