We’re in the middle of a global pandemic and suddenly, nobody has a sense of humor anymore.
Marilyn right here, took to Twitter to show folks how she was combating the spread the of the Coronavirus, while at the same time, maintaining that ever-present buzz needed to survive this entire ordeal.
Exhibit A: The Quarantini
Two parts Aviation Gin (thanks Ryan Reynolds), 1 part Emergen-C Super Orange and voila! A cocktail that gets you drunk AND boosts your immune system. Now, more than ever, you need a strong immune system… and a strong liver… and to be drunk… and toilet paper. Ok, we need a lot of things right now.
However, the stiffs at Emergen-C put the kibosh on the whole thing with their “do not recommend” comments. In fact, they don’t recommend any of their products with alcohol.
BUZZKILL…
Aviation on the other hand, they were more concerned about the legal drinking age, knowing full well that an extra splash of Vitamin C never hurt anybody.
Be more like Aviation people…
