Ice cream for breakfast?
As a kid, you can’t wait to grow up so you can do whatever the hell you want, and at some point, it seems like every child will inevitably demand to have ice cream for breakfast. Your parents obviously say “no” and then you say some crap about how when you grow up, you’re going to eat ice cream for breakfast and there’s nothing mom or dad can do about it.
And now that I’m over 30, I can honestly say that I don’t believe I’ve ever made that move. In fact, I might just do it tomorrow morning to make good on my 10-year-old threat. However, now that Edy’s appears to be releasing a new Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream flavor, all bets are off.
According to Delish, the dream collaboration appeared on both Candy Hunting and The Junk Food Aisle’s Instagram pages, signaling that it should be hitting the grocery store freezer aisle in the very near future.
I don’t know how nobody thought of this before, but damn if it this isn’t the kind of culinary genius that I’m looking for.
