Heartbreaking “Anybody Need A Grandma For Christmas” Craigslist Ad Gets Viral Response

Well this is sad.

According to KJRH, a Tulsa-area woman posted an ad to Craiglist searching for a family for to spend Christmas with this year. The heartbreaking ad titled, “Anybody Need A Grandma For Christmas,” read:

“I have nobody and would really like to be part of a family. I cook, and I’ll cook dinner and even bring gifts for the kids. I HAVE NOBODY AND IT REALLY HURST! I just don’t want to be alone. let me be a part of your family.”

However, apparently the listing was taken down after the woman received a lot of hateful messages. People accused her of taking advantage of families and having ill-intent. She responded by thanking everyone for the “extra shot of pain” and then deleted the ad.

Hateful messages? Who the hell is chirping a lonely grandma on Christmas? Shame on all you sick bastards out there. Hopefully somebody can track her down soon and give her a good Christmas.
