What you need:
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 c. Red and green sanding sugar
3 c. water
1 packet lime Jell-o mix (3-oz.)
4 oz. vodka (or tequila), chilled
1 packet strawberry Jell-o mix (3-oz.)
