Eric Church Added To Nissan Stage Lineup At CMA Fest Because Duh, He’s The Entertainer Of The Year

Just days after smashing Taylor Swift’s attendance record at Nissan Stadium, CMA Fest has announced that they’re going to let Eric pack the place again.

Announced today, Eric has been added to the list of artists that will be performing at Nissan Stadium on Friday night of CMA Fest. This past weekend, Eric Church made history performing in front of a crowd of 56,521 people at Nissan Stadium and is also the only solo artist to ever perform at the venue without an opening act.

Eric will join a Friday night lineup that includes Little Big Town, Thomas Rhett, Dan + Shay, and Carrie Underwood.

Honestly, how the fuck could you put on a huge festival in Nashville and not have Eric Church blow the roof off that place? I was just looking at the lineup this morning and couldn’t for the life of me figure out why Eric wasn’t on there.

If you weren’t coming to CMA Fest before, you might want to get your ass there. Here’s a little taste of what you can expect.
