They can’t wait.
For all intents and purposes, 2025 can once again be considered the year of Morgan Wallen. Of course, I’m The Problem was released back on May 16th to resounding commercial success, remaining the most successful album of the year across genres until it was dethroned recently by Taylor Swift’s controversial, The Life of a Show Girl.
Along the way, I’m The Problem racked up a plethora of records, including having the most songs charted in a single week on the all-genre Hot 100 with 37 different entries, becoming the first artist ever to spend at least 10 weeks atop the all-genre Billboard’s 200 chart with three consecutive albums and becoming the first solo act ever to score multiple 20+ week number one hits on the Hot Country Songs chart thanks to the continued success of his collaboration with Canadian pop star, Tate McRae, “What I Want.”
With the release of the album, Wallen also plotted the I’m The Problem Tour to great success, selling out a plethora of different stadiums. From June to September, the “Last Night” singer packed the likes of Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens and NRG Stadium in Houston. However, the only problem with the I’m The Problem Tour (no pun intended) for many fans was simply the lack of dates, with only 19 shows scheduled throughout 2025.
Just a month after celebrating the finale of the tour last month in Edmonton, Alberta, Wallen took to Instagram last night to share some photos from the past month, posting some golf shots, his recent bird hunting haul, a behind-the-scenes photo of him during his recent “I Got Better” music video and more. What really caught fans’ attention, however, was the post’s caption.
Along with the photos, Wallen threw out a not-so-subtle hint that he was “trying to decide” whether or not to tour in 2026:

Of course, seeing the word “tour” next to Morgan Wallen’s Instagram handle was enough to send thousands of his adoring fans into a frenzy. Beyond the hundreds of comments asking the Tennessee native to plot shows from anywhere from Chicago and Detroit to Dallas and New Orleans, many began begging for an official tour announcement.

Obviously, Wallen has yet to announce any 2026 tour dates. However, he has been known to announce his massive tours in the wintertime — with his last two series of shows, I’m The Problem and One Night At A Time, being announced in December and January, respectively.
Only time will tell when Wallen will pull the trigger on yet another potentially record-breaking tour, but something tells me that we’ll get an official announcement by the end of the winter. For now, we’ll just have to wait.
