I was not expecting that on my 2025 bingo card.
Last night, Kid Rock lit up AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas, for Kid Rock’s Rock N Rodeo. The event kicks off the 2025 PBR World Finals. On the night of Kid’ Rock’s rodeo, it’s a team-style event where some of the best rodeo athletes compete together in a unique style of competition where bull riding, team roping, barrel racing, and more all earn points to lead your team to victory.
After the rodeo event, Kid Rock takes the stage to keep the party going with a concert to cap off the evening. Kid Rock warms up the arena before the PBR World Finals: Unleash The Beast – Championship, which takes place over the remainder of the weekend at AT&T Stadium.
Last night, the competition was fierce, with the team called the Jokers taking home the championship title.
Kid Rock had a few surprises up his sleeve while he was on stage. During his set, Kid Rock brought out Parker McCollum, blowing the minds of everyone in the stadium. I can’t lie, this duo is not something that I would have expected, but I’m here for it.
“Please help me welcome one of your favorite sons and my good friend. Give it up for Mr. Parker McCollum.”
Kid Rock says, welcoming McCollum to the stage. Parker saunters up to the microphone, sporting a varsity-style Raising Cane’s jacket, and dives right into performing “To Be Loved By You.”

McCollum didn’t just surprise the crowd with a few of his songs; he stayed on stage and sang a few of Kid Rock’s songs alongside him. The two artists are very different stylistically, so it was fun to see McCollum step out of his comfort zone, especially as he rapped with Kid Rock during “Cowboy.” Fans were eating up the moment, praising the artists for joining forces.

For the night’s grand finale, Kid Rock and Parker McCollum mounted horses to take a few victory laps around the arena, thanking the fans for showing up and rocking out. Kid Rock has a pretty good riding seat, so maybe next year we can catch him as a competitor and performer…

I’m not going to lie, I’m a little envious of everyone in that crowd. Parker McCollum and Kid Rock are a duo, and I’m not sure we will ever see them again, but boy, did it look like they had a time together on stage. This was one helluva way to spend a Friday night.
