Swapping stories.
Over the last few weeks, Brianna Chickenfry has been opening up on her messy breakup – and relationship – with Zach Bryan. After a very public split, the Barstool Sports personality dropped an episode of her BFFs podcast with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards, accusing Zach Bryan of emotional abuse.
Brianna claims Zach asked her to sign an NDA in exchange for $12 million, got angry over her outfit choice at the Golden Globes, yelled at her for singing lyrics of a Morgan Wallen song, cheated on her, and plenty of other toxic behaviors.
Zach has yet to respond to these claims, and he’s been keeping his head down, releasing two new singles, “This World’s A Giant” and “High Road.”
While ZB might be laying low as he finishes his last leg of the Quittin’ Time Tour, his past lovers have made subtle references indicating to fans online that they, too, might have experienced what Bri went through. But because they presumably signed an NDA, they’re not able to speak on it.
ZB’s previous girlfriend, Deb Peifer, shared a TikTok as the explosive tell-all episode was airing, and fans filled up the comments section noting that they stood with her.
Shortly after, Bryan’s ex-wife Rose reacted to a clip of Dave Portnoy re-recording their diss track, “Smallest Man.” In the clip, Portnoy is repeatedly calling ZB a “little b*tch,” and Rose noted that the blooper clip was “comedy gold.”

While Brianna is moving on from speaking about the wrongdoings of ZB (supposedly…) and is focused on healing, part of her healing journey is hearing the stories of others who have been involved with ZB.
On the most recent episode of BFFs, Brianna told her co-hosts that she and Rose had recently connected via FaceTime.
Portnoy starts the segment talking about Rose’s reaction to him calling ZB a “little b*tch”. He notes that without directly saying it, everyone from his past has basically confirmed everything Brianna accused him of doing throughout their relationship.
Brianna then reveals that she had quite a long conversation with Zach’s ex-wife, who he married back in 2020 before getting divorced only a year later:
“I FaceTimed with Rose for a couple of hours, actually. I f**king love her. I’ve never felt more seen and validated in my life. Same with her, oh my gosh, she’s a great person.”
After Bri shared this information, both of her co-hosts commented that they would have loved to be a fly on the wall during that conversation. Richards took it a step further, wishing that Bri had screen-recorded the conversation just so they could have heard what happened to her during her time married to the “Dawns” singer.
Bri, with class, replied that the conversation was only for their ears.

While I respect that Bri is keeping that conversation private, as it seems that Rose has washed her hands clean and moved on, it would be interesting to hear if the two women had similar stories. If what Brianna has said is true, I am sure they had some interesting “me too” moments during that call.
