Since Zach Bryan‘s most recent ex-girlfriend dropped her explosive BFFs Podcast episode, alleging that Bryan offered their $12 million to sign an NDA and accusing him of emotional abuse, the internet has been swamped with headlines surrounding these allegations. From fans reacting to all of the bombshells dropped during the podcast to theorizing stories that ZB stole from her friends to inspire lyrics and much more, it’s all pop culture can talk about. And that’s partly because this is the first woman ZB has had relations with speaking out.
Before Brianna, Zach Bryan was married to a woman, Rose Madden, and was in a long-term relationship with Deb Peifer. When the news broke that Brianna and ZB split, many fans quickly rushed to Deb’s comments, noting how she must feel so happy to see their relationship fail, given there were rumors that ZB cheated on her with Brianna. Deb was not taking any of that; however, shutting down those comments and setting the record straight, she gets no satisfaction from someone else’s pain.
“I don’t really think that I have to say this, but I kind of think I want to. I’m not 100% sure yet honestly. But I just want to be clear on the fact that I don’t find any gratification in other people, specifically other women, hurting.
I feel like I’ve seen some comments on my personal social media pages alluding to the fact that I do, and I don’t. So, I just wanted to make sure that was clear.
I think that emotions are so nuanced and so complicated, but I don’t feel better because other people are hurting in any capacity. I don’t think you should either, but that’s your journey.”

However, the night that Brianna premiered her BFFs Podcast episode, Deb posted a cryptic video that led fans to believe she related to many things Brianna accused ZB of during the episode. Deb posted a video at 8 PM EST (when the episode aired) pouring herself a large glass of Josh wine with a portion of Taylor Swift’s “Clean” playing in the background.
While Deb does not say any words during the TikTok clips, social media concluded that she never spoke out about ending her relationship with ZB because she was also offered an NDA and signed it. While that is not confirmed, the comments quickly filled up with fans noting that they sympathized with Deb after hearing Brianna’s story and hoped she was not a victim of the wrongdoings Brianna accused him of.
If true, she said everything she needed in this video without saying anything.

She confirmed that the Josh wine choice was just a coincidence but given that Josh Richards was on the diss track with Dave Portnoy, and one of Bri’s BFFs cohosts, the irony was just too good.
