I’d say nothing screams “Gone Country” more than signing a prosthetic leg at a country music festival.
Country Fest Ohio is in full swing, and the star of the show thus far has been a fan with a prosthetic leg. On the festival’s first day, he was holding it above the crowd, loud and proud. While fist bumping with his leg in one hand, he was swigging a beer with the other and appeared to be having a dang good time while doing so.

Catching this iconic moment on film was one helluva way to kick off the weekend, but it kept getting better for this fan. As he stayed near the front of the stage, he began holding up his prosthetic leg for artists to sign, and Lainey Wilson penned her name on it last night.
While covering Alan Jackson‘s “Gone Country,” the fan bumped his leg in the air, catching Wilson’s eye.
“I got you…Hell yeah.”
Wilson says to the fan as she sees the leg and asks those around the fan to pass it up to the stage for her to sign. Once she has it, she almost uses it as a prop, pumping it in the air slightly as she hits the notes of the Alan Jackson classic. After being handed a pen, she autographed the leg and returned it to the fan.
I can bet that Lainey Wilson probably did not have performing on stage with a prosthetic leg on her 2024 bingo card. This signature might give the fan who swapped forehead autographs with Wilson a run for their money as the most memorable fan moment.
Let’s see how many other signatures we see from this fan from the weekend.
