Luke Combs is taking the stage at the Grammy Awards once again.

He made his debut as a performer last year when he sang “Going, Going, Gone” on the show, and this year, it’s likely he’ll sing his hit cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car,” or his current single “Where the Wild Things Are.”

Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Travis Scott and Burna Boy have also been revealed as performers, and there are still a few more artists to be announced before the show airs on February 4th (I’m still hoping we get a Zach/Kacey performance of “I Remember Everything”):

Luke is also a nominee this year, where he’s up for the Best Country Solo Performance award for the aforementioned “Fast Car.”

Back in 1989, Tracy Chapman performed her single at the Grammy’s to close out the show, so maybe if we’re really lucky they could somehow pull off a duet for the very first time. This year’s nomination marks the seventh for Luke, though he has yet to win.

Considering he’s up against Brandy Clark, Chris Stapleton, Dolly Parton and Tyler Childers, he certainly has some stiff competition, but I actually wouldn’t be surprised for Luke to score his first Grammy Award with this song, considering all of the success he’s already had with it thus far (including two CMA Awards).

Hosted by Trevor Noah, the 2024 Grammy Awards will air live from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 4th at 8:00 EST on CBS (it will also stream live and on-demand on Paramount+).
