This past Sunday, the Las Vegas Raiders lost to the Indianapolis Colts in a tight one, 23-20.

Although the Raiders were out of playoff contention, the win was a big one for the Colts, as they are now tied for the division lead in the AFC South with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

However, perhaps the most intriguing matchup of the game was between Colts quarterback Gardner Minshew, and Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby.

For one, Minshew is one of the most likeable personalities in the NFL, even though he’s a backup who was sprung into action for good in week five when starting quarterback Anthony Richardson suffered a season ending injury.

On the other side, Maxx Crosby is arguably the best defensive end in the league, and definitely one of the most intimidating, considering the dude is covered in tattoos from head to toe and is an absolute menace on the field.

So, luckily for us, we got to hear some hilarious mic’d up moments between the two during the game.

Turns out, Crosby was chirping Minshew every time he got pressure on the QB:

“Little a** boy.”

And it was apparently getting into Minshew’s head, because he was discussing it with his teammates on the sideline:

“Dude Maxx Crosby is so d*mn angry… He just keeps calling everybody little a** boy. ‘Hey little a** boy!'”

And that’s when Minshew hit us with arguably the best response of the 2023 NFL season:

“I’m like I’m little out here but not always, you know?”

DAWG. Never change, Gardner Minshew. Never change.
