A bad look for one of the best linebackers in the NFL.

According to WFAA, Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller has been accused of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend at their Dallas home this week. Dallas officials told the outlet that a warrant for his arrest has been sent out on the 34-year-old.

Police said that officers responded to a “major disturbance” call in the 3100 block of North Harwood in the Uptown area of Dallas at 11 AM on Wednesday. Officers discovered that Miller and the alleged victim were in an argument when the linebacker allegedly assaulted her, with multiple sources saying the woman is Miller’s longtime girlfriend.

Miller has yet to be arrested at this point, however, assaulting a pregnant person is a third-degree felony in the state of Texas.

The Bills also released a statement saying:

“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”

Miller is currently in his second season with the Bills, who are on a bye this week. He previously played for the Los Angeles Rams in 2021, and the Denver Broncos from 2011-2021.

It’s a sad situation all around, and if true, hopefully Miller can get some serious help. The league has a taken a no-nonsense approach to domestic violence in recent years (after a long history of turning a blind eye to it), so you have to wonder what this means for Miller and Bills. The last thing the struggling Bills need right now is to lose their Hall of Fame-quality linebacker.
