Once football started back up, a lot of people forgot that the MLB is still in full swing.
In fact, professional baseball is actually getting into its most important part of the season, where the final contests of the 162-game schedule (way too many games) actually start to matter a lot.
It’s hard to imagine that games at the end of the year mean more than matchups that took place back in April, but that is how baseball is usually viewed. So that means that as teams try to sneak into the postseason and play some October baseball, tensions are as high as ever.
Which is probably why a couple of f-bombs were thrown back and forth between a Houston Astros coach and umpire Phil Cuzzi, who has been calling balls and strikes for over 30 years in the major leagues.
Alex Cintron, the Astros hitting coach, was apparently chirping at a strike call during the 6th inning of the game, and umpire Phil Cuzzi wasn’t having it. Houston was down a couple of runs, so I’m guessing every strike and ball call mattered as the game went along.
However, that apparently doesn’t allow for the Astros coaching staff to give the home plate umpire a hard time about calls. When Cintron started to voice his disagreement about the strike, Cuzzi started walking over to him saying:
“I’m not going to listen to you. I’m not going to listen to you.”
We don’t know exactly what the hitting coach responded with, but one could assume that he threw a good, old fashioned “f**k you” at the umpire.
Cuzzi responded by ejecting Alex Cintron, yelling:
“F**k me? F**k you! Yeah!”

And maybe you heard that and said “well that’s crazy, but I wish there was a front facing view of the umpire dropping back-to-back f-bombs.” If you did happen to say that (it would be wild if you did), you are in luck.
