The brand deals are about to be rolling in.
A sorority girl who went viral after being shown on the broadcast during the matchup between the Florida Gators and the Ole Miss Rebels over the weekend got a major boost on social media after embracing her newfound internet fame.
The camera cut to the closeup shot of the young lady in the stands while the Gators were on 2nd and goal while up 31-21 with 14 minutes left in the fourth quarter. And as the live shot cut to the fan, the cameraman slowly started zooming out to get a wider shot of the crowd:
Immediately people began calling out (and praising) the camera guy, while questioning whether he was scanning for girls in the crowd when he thought his camera feed wasn’t being shown and ended up getting caught in 4k:

It was just a short clip, but the fan quickly went viral – and as is usually the case, it didn’t take long for her to be identified as Peyton Blomquist, a University of Florida student and member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
Now, we see these things either go one of two ways when attractive girls go viral: They either try to capitalize on their viral moment or they make their social media accounts private until the attention blows over.
And it quickly became apparent that Blomquist was embracing her viral moment, even sharing a screenshot from the broadcast on her Instagram:
And it seems like it’s working out pretty well for her. After starting out at around 10,000 followers before her Instagram account was uncovered, Blomquist has since gained over 25,000 followers and is currently sitting at nearly 38k on Instagram. And her post from this past Saturday’s game currently has been liked over 35k times.
In fact, one of those who liked it was Texas A&M wide receiver Mario Craver, who was apparently checking out her Instagram just hours after the Aggies got embarrassed by LSU in Baton Rouge – something that didn’t exactly sit well with A&M fans:

We’ve seen a lot of attractive fans go viral over the years, from the Tulane Peach Bowl girl a few years ago to the Ole Miss fan from the Music City Kickoff against Louisville earlier this year to this Georgia Bulldogs fan who went viral during a game against Texas in 2025.
So far I can’t really think of any who have turned that viral fame into a big career on the internet though. Sure, they gain followers, and probably land some brand deals, but it seems like it’s harder to turn a 3-second clip on a football broadcast into a successful internet career than most people think.
Maybe Blomquist can make it happen though. She’s certainly racked up the followers from it, so we’ll have to wait and see what her next move is going to be.
