Zach Bryan’s Self-Titled Album Spends Second Week At The Top Of Billboard 200 All-Genre Chart

Zach continues his reign at the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart.

His self-titled record spent a second straight week at the #1 spot on the all-genre chart this week, where it debuted last week, becoming his very first #1 record upon release.

It has now moved 315,000 units in just a couple weeks:

And he had a monster debut week in general with Zach Bryan, as his duet with Kacey Musgraves “I Remember Everything” also debuted at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, a first for both of them.

In addition, every single song on Zach Bryan debuted within the Top 50 of the all-genre chart, also marking the first time that 20 country songs have placed in Hot 100’s top 40 (Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen and Oliver Anthony also have singles within the Top 20).

And to top it all off, for lack of a better phrase, the Oklahoma native was arrested in his home state last week and booked on an “obstruction of investigation” charge and then released on bond.

Zach has since released an apology for his actions, saying that he let the emotions get the best of him. The news went mega viral and became a national news story, and you can watch the dash cam footage here.

Needless to say, it seems as though the “no such thing as bad publicity” rule applies here, and Zach shows no signs of slowing down in terms of remaining near or at the top of the albums and singles chart with all of this new music.

Zach Bryan Announces 2024 ‘The Quittin’ Time Tour’ Featuring The Turnpike Troubadours, Jason Isbell & More

What a lineup.

Zach Bryan recently announced his extensive 2024 The Quittin’ Time tour, which will kick off in March of next year in Chicago, Illinois and run though December ending in his home state of Oklahoma at Tulsa’s BOK Center.

And not only is it an insane run of dates, Zach is taking out some abolsute legends in the country music scene, having the Turnpike Troubadours and Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit open up some shows, in addition to other heavy hitters in The Middle East, Sheryl Crow, Sierra Ferrell, Matt Maeson, and Levi Turner rotating dates on others.

I mean, if Zach having Turnpike and Isbell open for him doesn’t mean he’s “made it,” I sure as shit don’t know what does…

Zach also just wrapped up his sold-out Burn, Burn, Burn tour, and of course, this new tour announcement comes on the heels of the release of his self-titled album a couple weeks ago.

The whole record was written and produced solely by Zach, is very raw and real in terms of the subject matter, and definitely feels very “him,” so to speak, and to the surprise of no one, has been dominating the charts and is expected to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 albums chart after release week wraps up (they calculate sales/units moved from the first full week to determine that number).

Tickets have already gone on sale, and it was a shit show to say the least, so saying this will be the hottest ticket around next year feels like an understatement…
