Videos like this make me happy I don’t live in Australia.
Seriously, I just can’t imagine driving down the road, and casually watch a kangaroo hop across the road like we see deer run across the road here in the states. I just simply can’t process that.
And what’s even worse than a kangaroo?
An emu.
If you aren’t too familiar with the emu, then just imagine if an ostrich and Satan had a love child…
That’s an emu.
Indigenous to Australia, they’re relatives to the ostrich and look very similar, but these creatures are much more dangerous.
In fact, they’re considered to be some of the most dangerous birds in the world. They have claws that could seriously injure, and potentially kill you.
It’s uncertain where this video was taken, but the people filming sound American, so they were either visiting Australia, or were at some emu farm in the States, as they can be found around the country on various farms.
You can see a guy running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off, as one of these freaky birds chases him all over the property.
And to make matters worse, the creature even started to hiss at him.
Yep, I would’ve just hit the armadillo position right then and there, and pray to the Good Lord that the emu would spare me.
