Alan Jackson’s Silverbelly Whiskey Announces 3rd Batch: “Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow”

Do you like whiskey? Do you like Alan Jackson? If you answered “yes” to both of those questions, pay attention…

Silverbelly Whiskey has announced its latest batch (Batch 3) will be named after the iconic, career-defining 1990 song “Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow” by Alan Jackson.

“Exclusive Release | Batch 3 of Silverbelly Whiskey named after Alan’s 1990 hit song, “Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow,” is now available for pre-sale! Orders will begin shipping in April 2023.”

If the whiskey is half as good as the song it’s named after, I think Silverbelly will have issues keeping enough stocked on the shelves.

The name of the whiskey is inspired by the color of Jackson’s signature Stetson hat (Silverbelly) and the specialty spirit is created in a partnership with Silver Screen Bottling Company. Each release in the signature series is named after one of the country music legend’s most popular songs in chronological order, which has caused each bottle to become an instant collector’s item.

This is the third release in the “Alan Jackson Signature Series.” The first release was named after Jackson’s song “Here In The Real World,” and the second went by the short and sweet name of “Wanted.”

“Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow” is said to have a aroma of brown sugar, sweet apple, cherry, and honey. Silverbelly describes the taste as:

“Sweet, smooth, and spicy; bright fall fruits with a light, silky texture on the mid-palate; soft caramelized oak tones are met with a savory wood spice on the finish”

Upon its release, the third edition of the “Alan Jackson Signature Series” will be available in-store in 19 states. Silverbelly is hoping to be nationwide soon, but if you are not in one of the lucky 19 states, you can still order their premier spirits online.

And just in case you wanted to sip the whiskey and listen along to its corresponding song, here’s a link to the country classic:
