49 Winchester, Arlo McKinley, Cole Chaney & More To Play 2023 Laurel Cove Music Festival

49 Winchester country music

What a lineup…

Laurel Cove Music Festival always brings out some of the best artists the genre has to offer, and this year is certainly no different, as they just revealed the 2023 roster last night.

Unlike most big country music festivals these days, this one in particular is hyper-focused on showcasing some of the best talent up-and-coming and underground musical talent from Appalachia and beyond… and this years lineup certainly proves that.

49 Winchester will headline for the very first time, along with Arlo McKinley, Cole Chaney, Drayton Farley, Logan Halstead, John R. Miller, S.G. Goodman, Red Clay Strays, Adeem the Artist, Buffalo Wabs & The Price Hill Hustle, The Local Honeys, Nolan Taylor, Tim Goodin Music, Brit Taylor, Willy Tea Taylor, Laid Back Country Picker, Sean Whiting, Brother Smith, Wolfpen Branch, Girl Tones, Abe Partridge, Ryan Harvey (of the The Winetree), Darrin Hacquard Music, Dave Shoemaker, Jayce Turley, Madylin Goins/Jordan King, LB Beistad and Dalton Mills.

Yep, it’s STACKED.

And of their first headlining slot at the festival, the 49 guys say they’re thrilled to return to one of their favorite festivals not too far from home with some of the very best Appalachia has to offer:

“We’re super excited to be back & now headlining one of our favorite festivals in the country. It’s an incredible lineup this year & a beautiful, one of a kind venue right here close to home.

Jon Grace & the folks at Laurel Cove have played a big part in the growing scene of artists making music in Appalachia and we’re always grateful to be a part of that & help it continue to grow.”

I already know they’re gonna set the stage on fire, and with all the other great talent scheduled to perform too, this is essentially a lineup of who’s-who in Appalachia, and we all know that’s unquestionably the best stuff in the genre right now.

While there are already some great festivals slated for this summer in 2023, I’d highly suggest making this one a priority if you’re into authentic, real music, from country, to Americana, to folk, to roots rock, and bluegrass.

The Laurel Cove Music Festival in Pineville, Kentucky, will take place on June 9th and 10th at the Laurel Cove Amphitheater, and tickets go on sale this afternoon at 5pmEST:
