We’re officially into the second half of the MLB season, the time of year where it matters the most for pro baseball.
It’s an opportunity to give those teams who are only a few games out of first in their division, or the Wild Card race, to go on a run and make postseason play.
With that being said, every single game matters, and that can make die hard fans a little edgy, just like these Boston Red Sox fans that turned a chill evening at the ballpark into WWE Smackdown RAW.
In the video, you can see one dude pin the other dude on the stairs at Fenway Park as the team squared off against the Cleveland Guardians last night, but the guy who is pinned the ground delivers some swift blows to the other guy’s head.
Advantage? Guy on the ground.
This is all you can do when your back is against the wall, and he got his own with those shots.
Security was able to come through and quickly break up the fight, but the damage had already been done, as both guys look like they’ve been through battle.
A part of me wonders how this whole scrum even started though…
Maybe it’s because the Sox have been downright dawg shit to start off the second half of the season. I mean c’mon, they lost to the Toronto Blue Jays 28-5 in hilarious fashion last week.
