Evan Felker, who just happens to be 38 years old today, is also celebrating the news that his family is about to gain another little member.
Felker wife Staci took to Instagram to today to wish her husband a happy birthday, as well as announce that they are expecting their second child:
“Happy 38th Birthday to the poet and Daddy to my babies!”
She also included the hashtags: “2 under 2” and “Felker Family of 4.”
The couple welcomed their first daughter, Evie (which, fun fact, also happens to be the name of my daughter) back in March of last year.
It’s going to be a busy year for Evan this year as the Turnpike Troubadours have announced a number of tour dates, including a handful of festival appearances as well. The demand for tickets has been INSANE, but I imagine it’ll only get crazier once they announce their next album (seems like they’ve been in the studio lately too).
Either way, a BIG congrats are in order for the Felker family.
Turnpike Troubadours To Play Back To Back Shows At Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium
TAKE ME TO CHURCH.
The Turnpike Troubadours are officially back in action this year, and have already kicked off 2022 with a number of new tour dates.
In addition to the back-to-back shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the fellas are set to play a number of iconic country music spots around the country, including Cain’s Ballroom, Billy Bob’s Texas, and Floore’s Country Store.
However today, the band has announced that they’ll be performing at the Mother Church of country music, the great Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee.
A run of back to back shows, Turnpike will head to Nashville on July 29th and 30th, with tickets set to go on sale this coming Friday at 10am CT.
With how hard it’s been to get Turnpike tickets this year, I would expect a couple shows at the Ryman to be no different. An iconic venue with a decent capacity, but nowhere near the amount of tickets Turnpike could sell right now.
Needless to say, these tickets are going FAST.
“This is a special one for us. The Ryman is a room we’ve wanted to play for a very long time. We’ll be playing two shows at the legendary venue July 29 and 30.”
