Ryan Bingham Shares Acoustic Performance Of “Hallelujah,” The Version He Played On Season 4 Of Yellowstone

Ryan Bingham Country Music

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but Ryan Bingham isn’t just the guitar playing guy from Yellowstone…

I mean, technically he is… but first and foremost, he’s a Grammy-winning, Oscar-winning singer songwriter that has over a decade of phenomenal albums under his belt. Before he took on the role of Walker, and became the Yellowstone star that he is, he was making some of the best country and folk tunes in the business.

You gotta hand it to Taylor Sheridan and company for picking Ryan for the role, and intentionally using his music as an integral part of the show. We already know how good the Yellowstone soundtrack is, but Ryan’s music has been used over a dozen times throughout the series, including a handful of acoustic performances from the bunkhouse.

In Season 4, Episode 9, Ryan performs an acoustic rendition of his song “Hallelujah,” a cut from his 2010 Junky Star album, and today, he sharing it with the fans.

“Here’s an acoustic version of “Hallelujah” that you may recognize from this past season of Yellowstone – thanks for listening and hope ya digs.”

But the real magic is in this Honda Stage Performance from a few years back.

For one reason or another, some performances just carry more weight than others.

Maybe it’s the venue, the song, the crowd, really no one knows for sure, but I believe that sometimes music has a magical quality that can’t be describe outside of the actual moment.

Jamey Johnson and Randy Houser performing “Evangeline”, Zach Bryan’s post-game concert at the University of Texas, Tyler Childers and John R Miller playing “Coming Down” at Red Rocks, just a few awesome moments that come to mind.

And, Ryan Bingham turned in one of his own a few years back on the Honda Stage in Los Angeles.

Performing his epic song “Hallelujah,” Ryan and the boys took the song to new heights. I really don’t have many words for it past that, it’s just so unbelievably good.

Kick back and enjoy 6 minutes of pure bliss.
