Whenever you’re in the state of Montana, 90% of the trip is taking in the breathtaking views you can see all across the state.
From the gorgeous mountains, to the big sky, it’s the most gorgeous land the U.S. has to offer. And when you’re in some of the most gorgeous places in the country, there’s no better way to take it all in than on top of a horse.
Ashley McBryde was recently enjoying a horseback excursion near Missoula, Montana, ahead of her show tonight in Spokane, Washington.
However, she had a nasty accident that led to her being taken to the hospital.
Her team updated us on the situation through her Instagram story:
“Earlier today Ashley was enjoying her time in the beautiful state of Montana and had an accident while riding a horse.
After a trip to the hospital and a few stitches (and some very sore bones) she is recovering and doing her best to ensure she can play again as soon as possible.
Thank you to the wonderful EMTs and hospital workers in Missoula. Our sincerest apologies to the fans for the postponement tonight.
As soon as we have updates on other shows this week we will make sure to let everyone know.”
The good news is that it doesn’t seem like she suffered any severe injuries, so she’ll be back at it again very soon.
Unfortunately, she’ll have to cancel her show in Spokane, Washington, tonight, and it sounds like the rest of the weekend may be up in the air as well.
