For those of ya’ll who do not follow golf, there’s a little unspoken beef between professional golfer Bryson DeChambeau and former professional golfer/model, Paige Spiranac.
Okay, I wouldn’t say unspoken beef, but Spiranic does love to roast the hell out of DeChambeau on Twitter.
Bryson DeChambeau is a pretty quirky dude. Dubbed the “mad scientist” of golf, he breaks everything down to a science. For example, he wears those goofy stereotypical golf hats, he experimented with making all of his clubs the same length as his 7-iron, and he also puts his golf balls in water and white Epsom salt to figure out which golf ball he wants to play with. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that is weird as shit. I mean, what does Epsom salt have to do with a golf ball?
His odd antics get on the nerves of a lot of people who play golf, especially Paige Spiranac.
For the past few weeks, Spiranac has sent out a number of Tweets making fun of the guy, all in good fun. There is definitely some kind of mutual respect, but it’s been pretty funny to track the social media chronicles between the two:
A little context behind this Tweet… PGA golfer Brooks Koepka cannot stand Bryson.
The guy loves to talk about how far he hits the golf ball, so it’s funny as hell when he hits a 100-yard worm burner like your everyday armature golfer.
But… every so often, he’ll get a compliment.
I just hope she continues the Tweet roasts, it’s nice having a huge name in golf like Paige Spiranac saying what all of us golf fans have been thinking about the guy.
