Shocking absolutely nobody, it was announced today that Tiger King star (and creepy cult leader) Doc Antle has been indicted on charges of animal cruelty and illegal trafficking.
According to ABC News 8, Bhagavan “Doc” Antle, along with two of his daughters and another exotic animal zoo owner in Virginia, have been indicted after an investigation by Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring’s Animal Law Unit.
The investigation revealed that Antle trafficked lion cubs from his zoo in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to Keith Wilson of Wilson’s Wild Animal Park in Frederick County, Virginia.
Antle was charged with one count of wildlife trafficking, one count of conspiracy to wildlife traffic, four counts of conspiracy to violate the Endangered Species Act, and nine counts of animal cruelty.
Doc Antle’s zoo was raided late last year.
What a kook.
