Buckle up Broadway, Guy Fieri is taking Nashville to Flavortown.
Celebrity chef Guy Fieri is bringing his Chicken Guy! restaurants to Tennessee, with the first location opening in Downtown Nashville. Situated on Second Avenue and Commerce Street, the first of four locations will open its doors in 2020, with additional Chicken Guy! spots coming to Knoxville, Gatlinburg and Johnson City.
“I’ve shot (‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’) and eaten all over the state and I know how much the great people of Tennessee love their real deal chicken,” said Fieri in a press release. “So, to be able to partner with a great local team like FACE Hospitality is a perfect opportunity to bring Chicken Guy! to Nashville and beyond.”
The restaurant features all things chicken (tenders, skewers, sandwiches and salads) and offering a whopping 20+ varieties of house-made sauces. Everything from your run of the mill BBQ and ranch sauces to cumin lime, wasabi and more.
Imagine stumbling drunk out of Honky Tonk Central at 2 in the morning and Chicken Guy! is open, slinging tenders for drunk fools just like yourself?
I mean, I ain’t mad at it.
