Pro Golfers Intentionally Work Goofy Phrases Into Their Interviews At The Players Championship

Anyone who says golf is boring doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

Sure, the whole country club world is a bit stuffy for my liking, but that’s why I find the absolute shittiest courses in town. You know the ones out in the woods where drunken stupidity is encouraged and the only employees are a couple of stoned high school kids.

But, even if you think watching golf on TV is lame, Jimmy Fallon took it upon himself to try and change you mind by getting a whole bunch of pros to troll the entire world at The Players Championship this weekend.

Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood and even Tiger Woods participated, dropping funny phrases like “even a catfish is right twice a day” and “Reba McEntire concert” into casual conversation.
