She’s got quite an impressive new home… and she’ll have it all to herself.
Bunnie Xo made a ton of headlines last month when she opened up on the pending divorce between her and her husband Jelly Roll following the news becoming public.
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, back on May 18 in Williamson County Chancery Court, just outside of Nashville. And in the wake of the announcement, Bunnie released a tell-all episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, where she revealed what led to split, addressed dating rumors, revealed that Jelly was already dating, and she also explained the straw that broke the camel’s back, that led to the divorce papers being filed after a fight back on Mother’s Day.
And she also let fans know that she will get to keep the massive, brand new multi-million dollar house they’ve been building on a large piece of land in Tennessee, and Jelly will build on another part of it from what she said in the since-deleted podcast.
Bunnie talked about how excited she was to move in, and she and Jelly are preparing to welcome a child together via surrogate sometime in the not-too-distant future, though it will now just be Bunnie and the baby in this house. She previously talked about how they will co-parent the little boy that is on the way, and it looks like this new house will have more than enough room for the two of them.
In a video shared on TikTok, Bunnie showed her friend and comedian Matt Matthews around the property, and he was pretty much gobsmacked at every single room.

It looks like she still has to finish moving her stuff in and make it all exactly how she wants it, and I’m sure once all of that is done, she’ll give fans a full tour of the finished space which already looks quite spectacular.
